Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, and the items you bought.
• If you create an account: your email address (we sign you in with a one-time email link, so we hold no password), your saved addresses, order history and wishlist.
• If you join our list: your email address, and where you found us (for example, a link from Instagram).
• If you write a review or contact us: your name, what you write, and the order it relates to.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay; we never see or store them. We keep a payment reference so we can match your payment to your order.

Why we use it

• To process, deliver and track your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
• To send order confirmations and updates about your order.
• To run your account, saved addresses and wishlist.
• To tell you when we launch, and send our first-order offer and occasional news, only if you asked us to. Every such email lets you stop receiving them.
• To answer your questions and complaints.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run the shop, and only what they need:

• Razorpay, to take payments and make refunds.
• Courier partners, to deliver your order (your name, address and phone number).
• Supabase, which stores our orders and accounts securely.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Resend, which sends our emails.

Some of these providers may process information on servers outside India, under their own security and confidentiality obligations. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and storage on your device

We use only what the site needs to work: your browser remembers your bag, your recently viewed products and, if you sign in, your session. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. We keep account and list information until you ask us to delete it or close your account, and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Your rights

Under Indian law you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• delete it, where we no longer need it or are not required by law to keep it;
• withdraw your consent, for example to our emails, at any time; and
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you cannot.

To do any of these, write to our grievance officer (details below). We will respond within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections and restricted access to our systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires if a breach affects your information.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
