Using the site

• You must be 18 or over to place an order.
• Please give accurate details when you order or create an account, and keep your email account secure, since we sign you in through it.
• Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Products, colours and sizes

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Linen and cotton are natural fibres, so small variations in weave and tone are part of their character, and colours can look slightly different on different screens. Size guides are on each product page.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Shipping within India is free on every order.
• You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards and other methods it offers) or by cash on delivery.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address, and will refund any payment in full. You can cancel free of charge before dispatch, as set out in our returns policy.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and faulty, damaged or incorrect items, refunds and cancellations by our returns policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Reviews

Reviews can only be written by verified buyers. By posting a review you allow us to show it on the site. We may remove reviews that are unlawful, offensive or unrelated to the product, but we do not edit what you say.

Our content

The Fernelia name and logo, our photographs, text and designs belong to us. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for the products we sell and for delivering them as described. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Grievances

If you have a complaint, write to our grievance officer, Rishabh Lugani (Grievance Officer), at rishabh@fernelia.com or on +91 98102 08747. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed an order applies to that order.
