Where we deliver

We deliver across India. We do not ship outside India at present. If your PIN code turns out to be outside our courier partners' reach, we will contact you and refund any payment in full.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value.

When your order arrives

Every order is sent by free standard delivery. We will email you when your order ships, with the courier's tracking details.

You can follow your order at any time on our order tracking page with your order number and email address.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. If a cash on delivery order is refused at the door, we may ask for payment in advance on future orders.

When your parcel arrives

If the parcel looks damaged or opened, note it with the courier if you can, and tell us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. Our returns policy explains what happens next.
